Ayrtons DREAM
Just to let you all know a little about Ayrtons dream.. My name is Claire Rider and my husband is Mark. Our son, Ayrton Harry, was stillborn at 34 weeks. I gave birth to Ayrton on Sunday 26th of May 2013 at 02.20 am at The Royal Devon and Exeter hospital in a room called Heartsease. This room is for people like ourselves and was the place where we were able to spend a wonderful 36 hours getting to know our son. However, the room is underfunded by the NHS. The hospital and staff were fantastic given our situation and we feel very strongly that this room should not be forgotten. We made a decision that something good should come from our situation. We made a promise that we would help fund this and similar rooms in the south west in Ayrtons name. So we will be fund raising like mad and would appriciate any help! We will be doing all sorts of things throughout the years and will let you know about every event. Please keep an eye on our page and we will let you Know how we do and what the hospital does with the funds.
