Any Special Occasion Sales policy The cakes · All cakes are made of vanilla sponge with butter cream unless stated otherwise or at your request. Chocolate novelty cakes are £5.00 extra· I do make gluten or dairy free cakes upon request· Sponge and chocolate cakes do not have nuts as an ingredient but there may be nut traces present. Our fruitcake does contain nuts and alcohol· Our cakes are made with vegetable fats and contain dairy products Cake Storage and Shelf Life • All cakes should be stored in a cool dark place on a flat sturdy surface. • Never put cakes in the fridge other than fresh dairy cream cakes. • Sponge, Chocolate and Carrot cake will keep for one week after delivery. • Fruitcake last perfectly well for months not years. Orders · I will send a message asking for all details regarding your cake and fill out an order form. I will then send you a copy to check through to make sure all details are correct including the agreed price of the cake. Once I receive confirmation I will provisionally book you in. you will have 14 days (unless agreed with myself) to forward cleared funds to secure the date. If deposit is not received, the date will not be secure and if another customer requests the date you will lose your booking. Payments/deposits · Deposits will depend on the cake value and are non refundable · Up to 50.00 it will be 10.00 · 50.00 – 100.00 it will be 20.00 · 100.00 Plus it will be 30.00 I will also require the remaining balance 7 days before the pickup date. I will not start the cake until the balance has been received in full.
