PLEASE NOTE, whilst visitors can still explore the abbey ruins and museum and enjoy the visitor centre with its interactive exhibition and café, due to the impact of the weather on the battlefield the long walk around the battlefield is currently inaccessible. The short walk, with accompanying audio tour, which takes in views across the battlefield from the terrace, remains open.
