Clare Masson is the owner of Sage Restaurant & Bar. Sage has retained the cosy ambiance giving a sense to its diners of being on holiday, as it is tucked away in Castle Mews, Tarrant Street Arundel.
Sage dishes tend to use less meat products, incorporating raw ingredients, with a focus on health, well being and the environment, as key proteins are becoming more scarce. We use more local foods, pulses, herbs & seasonal vegetables, with less cooking, raw, smoked or preserved.
Sage also holds a series of Jazz, Blues, Folk Brunch sessions every Sunday. See website for future dates.
Also Sage holds a small street market, where independently run market stalls sell vintage cashmere items, handmade bags, decorative furniture and retro items. Come and try us out
