Slim Beginnings Boot Camp Fat Loss Training is suitable for men and women of all ages and levels of strength and fitness, just bring your own enthusiasm, a towel, and a bottle of water!
The 45 minute session involves an intensive, fat loss promoting series of coached exercises that will radically improve your fitness, body shape, and stamina. There are no machines, there is no flailing about doing star jumps, but there is plenty of hard exercises using movements that should be a part of our everyday lives if we were not all shackled to our desks, sofas, and cars by modern living!

Just sitting here after a great afternoon down the beach, and thought I'd just drop you a line to say thanks. Before you started training me I was plagued with injuries that were holding me back. Although I could run 7 miles continuously, your training has given me strength in my legs and core that I would never have been able to achieve alone. Even though I was fit, I always felt fragile. Your daily Boot Camp challenges and continuing daily support and advice really have changed my life, sounds corny I know. Every day I feel myself getting stronger, fitter and faster which motivates me to push myself further than I ever thought possible. Just sat here in the Ayrshire sunshine looking back on all that you've done for me, physically and mentally stronger than I ever thought possible. Thanks DD, looking forward to more challenges and the Tough Mudder challenge (you've helped me realise that anything is possible with determination and the right trainer). Us Brits are always fast to complain but never give praise, so once again THANK YOU!!!

7 months ago i started working with my PT Darren Devlin, all via facebook. Before that i was trying to train myself and getting nowhere.
Darren sets me out a daily training programme each day which incorporates a huge number of exercises designed to help me get better results in my performance, strength, power and endurance. 7 months ago i was running a 10k in around 59 mins and now I've achieved just over 40 mins. I have knocked times off a number of workouts since the beginning of my training. I could hardly lift a 12 kg Kettle bell and i'm now running with 2 of them, and ready to move on to a 14 kg for my swings.
This form of Boot Camp training is a great way for anyone trying to develop their all round fitness and it can also help those who have a desire to lose weight.
I can't thank the wee man enough for how he has helped me so far and i aim to continue with my programme, making it more advanced along the way.
I know I go on about my training and how much I love it, and how much I have got to thank wee Darren Devlin for, but you know what it has really changed a lot about me, not just getting fitter. I did notice for the first time today that i was getting more defined muscles in my legs and my arms, something i haven't honestly been aware of until now. That aside, i have noticed how much my confidence has grown and how much stronger i feel in general. I have become more bubbly in my personality, more outgoing and much more able to take on challenges in my life.
I know that life isn't perfect but by doing this I've taken a huge step in the right direction to helping me work through other things which i wouldn't have had the strength to cope with before.
