We have four bedrooms all with their own television. The Bed and Breakfast suite has it's own sitting room with television, and exclusive occupancy rates are available. We are six miles from Brechin and Montrose, eight miles from Arbroath twenty miles from Dundee and Aberdeen is just forty miles away. Edinburgh is just a hour and half away on the train! making it a good country stay for the Edinburgh Festival.
