Bourne End Library serves the neighbouring villages of Bourne End and Wooburn Green in South Buckinghamshire. The Friends of Bourne End Library, as an independent group, aims to: - promote the status and function of the Library in the community. - foster and develop skills of a cultural and educational nature amongst members of the community of all ages and ethnicities. - provide input to the Library from the point-of-view of the whole community. - provide assistance to the Library in the provision of additional resources. The Friends meet at the Library, fundraise for equipment not covered by the Council and help to organise events and activities which promote library use.
