TITLE
A stunning holiday home on Loch Tay. Situated 90 minutes from Edinburgh - 120 minutes from Glasgow and a short hop to some of Scotland's most spectacular scenery, including the film sets for Jame's Bond (Skyfall) and Harry Potter.
LOCATION
My Ben Rye sits at the heart of Scotland, 40 minutes from Perth, 90 minutes from Edinburgh and just under two-hours from Glasgow.
THE HOUSE
With three well-appointed bedrooms, My Ben Rye can comfortably sleep eight people. A double sofa-bed allows sleeping space for two additional guests in the lounge.
My Ben Rye has been designed to give all living-spaces sweeping views of the Loch and surrounding valley. The dining room can comfortably seat between 6 and 8 people, while the conservatory and tastefully furnished living room, with wood-burning stove, are charming environments for relaxing and entertaining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, large fridge/freezer, blenders, mixers, pots and crockery. The main bathroom has both shower and bath, while a second W/C makes life convenient for groups and families.
My Ben Rye’s gardens are the perfect setting for a BBQ, a match of croquet or a game of badminton. A large BBQ, benches, and white wicker furniture allow you to make the most of this spectacular setting.
HOLIDAY SEASON MINIMUM STAY:
During holiday season (Christmas, New Year, Easter, School Holidays...) we do have a minimum stay of 7 nights (and at some holidays 4 nights). Please accept our apologies if this does not fit with your travel plans!

LOW SEASON MINIMUM STAY:
Out of holiday times, we welcome people booking for a minimum of 2 nights. We are sorry to say, we cannot accommodate 1 night bookings at My Ben Rye.
